     Francis Farr was born in August 1816 at Westbourne, Sussex, England. She married Thomas Palmer, son of William Palmer and Sarah Bannister, on 9 February 1864; Francis Farr Mills was the widowed mother of Louisa Harriet Mills, Thomas Palmer's third wife. In 1864 she started working as a housekeeper for Thomas and soon thereafer married him. Francis Farr and Thomas Palmer appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Enterprise, Morgan, Utah, enumerated 20 June 1870, Living next door is fourth wife Louisa and 3 month old daughter Louisa.. Their children George and Harriet were listed as living with them.¹ Francis Farr appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Enterprise, Morgan, Utah, in the household of Thomas Palmer and Louisa Harriott Susan Mills.² Francis Farr died on 3 February 1891 at Enterprise, Morgan, Utah, USA, at age 74.

     George or Ffarrar Farr married Mary Howe, daughter of Samuel Howe (How) and Martha Bent, on 9 September 1692 at Concord, Middlesex, Mass.
