     Asa Lamoir Neel was born on 10 May 1914 at Clark, Idaho. He was the son of Asa Clifton Neel and Lowis Wilma Clark. Asa Lamoir Neel died on 3 May 1948 at age 33.

     Avarilla Casper Neel was born on 7 May 1843 at Lima, Adams, Illinois, USA. She was the daughter of John Neel Jr. and Clemency Litten Casper.
