     Petrine Jensen or JENSON. She was born on 20 November 1843 at Lundby, Taasinge, Denmark. She was the daughter of Jens Hansen and Bodil Pedersen. Petrine Jensen was blessed on 26 December 1843 at Langet, Svendborg, Denmark. She married Rasmus Hansen Lund, son of Hans Hansen Lund and Karen Rasmussen Haar, on 10 July 1866 at Lundby, Taasinge Island, Syndbr, Denmark. Petrine Jensen was baptized in the LDS church on 30 November 1887. She and Rasmus Hansen Lund emigrated in 1893 from Denmark; on the ship SS Alaska that sailed from Liverpool, England and docked in New York City on 29 August. In the ship manifest, Rasmus occupation is listed as hotelkeeper.1,2,3 Petrine Jensen and Rasmus Hansen Lund appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Utah, enumerated 9 June 1900.4 Petrine Jensen and Rasmus Hansen Lund appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Utah, enumerated 28 April 1910.5 Petrine Jensen and Rasmus Hansen Lund appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Precint 8, Salt Lake, Utah, enumerated 5 January 1920.6 Petrine Jensen died on 20 November 1927 at Crescent, S-Lk, Ut, at age 84. She was buried on 23 November 1927 at Slc Cemetery, Salt Lake, Ut.
