Rutledge appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of East Feliciana, Louisiana, enumerated 3 October 1850. Matilda Hart and Smith M. Rutledge appeared on the 1860 Federal Census of Donaldsonville, Ascension, Louisiana, enumerated 12 July 1860, where Smith is a hotelkeeper.³ Matilda Hart and Smith M. Rutledge appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Ward 3, Lafourche, Louisiana, enumerated 18 July 1870.⁴ Matilda Hart and Smith M. Rutledge appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Thibodeaux, LaFourche, Louisiana, at Dist 128, enumerated 11 June 1880, where he's working as a plantation manager.. Matilda Hart appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Thibodaux, Lafourche, Louisiana, enumerated 7 June 1900, where she is listed as a widow, with four of six children still living..⁵ She appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Police Jury Ward 2, Lafourche, Louisiana, at District 38, enumerated 26 April 1910, with three of her six children listed as still living..⁶

Sylvira Caroline Hart married Samuel Turnbow, son of Isaac Turnbow and Margaret Talkington, on 1 October 1829 at Perry, Alabama.³ Sylvira Caroline Hart was baptized in the LDS church on 1 March 1844. She and Samuel Turnbow appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Great Salt Lake, Utah Territory, enumerated 1850.⁴ Sylvira Caroline Hart died on 27 April 1853 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Ut, at age 34. She was buried on 30 April 1853 at Slc Cemetery, Slc, Ut.

     Warren Hart was born circa 1784 at Edgefield, South Carolina.¹ He was the son of Arthur Hart and Martha (?). Warren Hart appeared on the census of 1810 at Richland, South Carolina.² He married Ellen Reese circa 1812. Warren Hart and Ellen Reese engaged in land transaction on 24 February 1821 at Edgefield, South Carolina, in which they sold 500 acres of land in Edgefield orginially obtained by Warren on 5 April 1819.³ Warren Hart died in 1821 at South Carolina.⁴

     Jessie Hartale was born in 1892 at Iowa, USA. He married Elizabeth Hackley, daughter of John Erret Hackley and Laura Belle Johnson, in 1921.

     Daniel Haven was born on 16 June 1708 at Framingham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. He was the son of Moses Haven and Mary BALLARD. Daniel Haven died in 1788 at Dover, Norfolk, Ma.

     Deacon John HAVEN was born on 9 March 1774 at Holliston, Middlesex, Ma. He was the son of Jessie Haven and Catherine MARSH. Deacon John HAVEN was buried in March 1853 at Salt Lake City, S.l., Ut. He died on 16 March 1853 at Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Ut, at age 79.

     Elias Haven was born on 16 April 1714 at Framingham, Mddlsx., Ma. He was the son of Joseph Haven and Martha WALKER. Elias Haven died on 10 August 1754 at age 40.

     Elisha Haven was born on 16 April 1782 at Holliston, Mddlsx., Ma. He was the son of Jessie Haven and Catherine MARSH. Elisha Haven died on 12 November 1858 at age 76.

     Eliza Ann Haven was born on 15 May 1829 at Holliston, Middlesex, Massachusetts, USA. She was the daughter of John Haven and Judith Woodbury Temple. Eliza Ann Haven married Charles Westover on 14 October 1849.
